| General | - Maintain a good learning atmosphere, including respecting teachers, others, music, instruments, and equipment;
- Attend classes on time; "class time" includes instruction, tuning, setup, and instrument packing;
- For better learning outcomes, students should bring their own instruments to each class (except for large instruments);
- If experiencing fever or respiratory symptoms, students should NOT attend class and should seek medical attention promptly.

| Sick Leave | - A medical certificate must be submitted for sick leave. Otherwise, if the student is absent on the day of class, M5 Academy reserves the right NOT to schedule a makeup class.
| - All sick leave and personal leave are NOT eligible for rescheduling or makeup classes.

| Personal Leave | - Personal leave requires notification at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance; otherwise, M5 Academy reserves the right NOT to arrange makeup classes;
- Students are allowed a maximum of 1 personal leave per month. If the student takes 2 or more personal leaves within a month, the originally scheduled class time will no longer be reserved (e.g.: If the student takes 2 or more personal leaves within a month, and these leaves occur during busy periods such as Fridays or Saturdays, the class time is very likely to be allocated to other students with greater need).

| Tuition Fees | - Tuition fees are prepaid;
- M5 Academy adopts a monthly term system with either 4 or 5 lessons, depending on the number of weeks in the month;
- For initial registration, a minimum payment for 2 classes is required in advance. Additionally, before the end of each term, students must pay the tuition for the next term. Late payments will result in no reserved class times and no scheduled classes.

| Tutors | - M5 Academy will arrange tutors based on student needs (e.g.: available class times);
- If the tutor is unable to provide classes as usual, M5 Academy will arrange for another tutor to substitute or reschedule.

| Trial Classes | - M5 Academy does NOT offer free trial classes;
